The cuttle bone casting technique has been used for centuries. Due to the one-of-a-kind properties of cuttlebone, it allows for intricate designs to be carved or pressed into the bone and then cast in sterling silver. The resulting pendant is truly unique as the lines of the bone create a distinct pattern, similar to a fingerprint.
